Ocular Ultrasound

Using the ultrasound we can evaluate the hidden intraocular anatomy around the opaque media eye; it allows us to differentiate orbital diseases; to define the size and location of intraocular and orbital masses, their characteristics (solid, liquid, cystic, calcified, etc.) and to quantify growth and provide information on tumor vascularization of the eye’s orbit.
